Yesterday's Actions: Days of the Week
Learning the days of the week and describing past actions using the polite past tense verb form (ました).
A friend asks what you did last weekend. You reply, 'On Saturday (土曜日), I studied Japanese (日本語を勉強しました).' For Sunday, you might say, 'On Sunday (日曜日), I worked (仕事をしました).'
