SpeakBeats is a Japanese language-learning product that combines original songs, lessons, and study tools. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any unlawful way or for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by sending excessive automated requests.

Content

All songs, lessons, lyrics, audio, artwork, and other materials on the Service are owned by SpeakBeats or licensed to us. You may use them only for personal, non-commercial language learning. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for that purpose.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account by contacting us.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpeakBeats and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim (which may be zero).

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
